Can't pay with ideal

When I try to pay with ideal (having chosen the 30 day non-recurring payment option), I still get the error 'Advisory: When paying with SEPA Bank Transfer, iDEAL, or GiroPay, only one-time billings are allowed.' and it won't let me buy a subscription.

Why is it not possible to pay by SEPA Bank transfer? I do not own a credt card, so I am currently not able to upgrade to premium. When I want to upgrade I can only choose credit card. Ealrier it was possible to choose CC Bill pay and than SEPA Bank transfer.
SEPA transfers do not have sophisticated protection for us, as content makers. They system (SEPA) allows to make payments even from the account that has no money on it, you just need to know the number of your checking or saving account. It takes way to much time (like days) for banks to figure out that something is not right. We already have this issue with our sites and some of the users abuse this system. I spent a lot of time talking with CCBILL about possible way to protect us, but we have none of them available at the moment. That's why we blocked SEPA for our products.
