Forum Messages?

Does this new forum have the ability to send private messages like the old one did?
Only I can't seem to find an option to do so...

I wanted to tell Serega that I'd found a better picture for Libby (the second girl) in my idea for Schoolgirl Curse 3 that just won, that has everything in one picture so that he doesn't have to cobble her together from 3 different pics.
