is there a way I use my card to pay with out using cc bill

Unfortunately we can’t add PayPal since they officially do not work with adult content developers. Have you tried Vendo?

When you click on "Get premium" link there is a panel where you can choose CCBILL or Vendo payment systems to use. If you can't see Vendo, please try to open site in "private/incognito" tab mode. Vendo is basically the same as CCBILL, they also accept cards.

If Vendo rejected your card as well, it means that for some reason your card or email address is blacklisted by the Visa / Mastrecard API. I don't know if this blacklist is for all online purchases or for high-risk businesses like ours only.

the only thing i do is get a new card from a bank soon I'm done using repay cards
