Pretty sure ghosts are allowed (as seen with certain games like the Officer Juggs games, where the 3rd one had a ghost), but zombies are more ambiguous. IF they're more human-like in appearance and behavior, along with no blood or gore, i think they're usually allowed or at least tolerated.
If it's too much like the "classic horror/thriller" type of zombie, then they're not allowed.

i kinda figured with this point. It's not that big a loss, since the game-makers mostly use humans with humans anyways (unless it's some humanoid being like a god or a elf or a very humanoid ogre).
At this point, you guys should make it an explicit rule for game submissions that you can't use non-human entities for sex (you already established that beastiality isn't allowed, but clearly people will look for "loopholes" like robots or try other monsters).
Got a question, though: if that's the case, then how you are guys still doing games with animal robots (like those from Big Top Bangeroo) or beast-mech (like the Bumble from Xmas Payrise 7) or demon usage (like in Helbound Boobies)?
I'm already aware of the fact that Kosmos' demon usage costed him and the site the first 3 games of the Hellbound Boobies series, Serega temporarily lost Xmas Payrise 7 due to the Bumble (though thankfully we got it back), and a part of me feels like it's only a matter of time before your payment system takes down other games for non-human usage.
If what you say is true, then you guys will likely have to transition from any non-human usage (like the demons from Kosmos' Hellbound boobies games or the monsters like Were-Lion used by Serega).
