In this case it's less about serrated's permission per se , and more about who's animating Juggs' scenes. Last time I checked I think he mentioned he'd be willing to write a Juggs based episode, or at-least a scene with her. But Juggs has to be animated by Serega. So unless Vadim and Serega Co-develop an episode, a Juggs sex scene in this series isn't going to happen.
I mean that I agree with you cuz Serega made much bigger job creating the design, animating etc and so he has more rights to give the permision to use officer Juggs that Serrated.
Well, that wasn't exactly my point. The character belongs to Serrated, so if he says no it's not going to happen. I just meant that in this case, Serrated's hinted previously that he wouldn't mind doing something with Juggs in this series, but only if Serega is animating her scenes. So that's the main obstacle, not getting the permission. At least that's my understanding. I can't put words in anyone's mouth, and none of it is for me to decide anyway.

No there was no game made by 2 or more artists in this site, and it would be weird to see such game to be made. I feel like if there’s a collaborative game between two artists, as much as I would love to see it happen, it’s just going to make the wait between games even longer than it already is.
I mean, right now, no one can submit ideas because all of the artists are busy with game production. Could you imagine if two of the artists were tied up on the same game? That’s one less project getting worked on.
There’s a number of character crossovers I want to see, but once you get multiple artists, and more likely than not multiple writers, I’m worried it’s just going to turn into a time crunch.
I think maybe a still gallery would be a nice compromise; one shot comics by original authors and artists featuring Officer Juggs, Boobelma, Cassie Cannons, Gloria Gazongas, etc. Would make things a little livelier around here, too

It wouldn't exactly be too time consuming though. There'd still be 3 sex scenes in total. Just One would be done by Serega, while the other 2 by Vadim. Then Vadim would have more time to work on other features of the game, or just release it quicker. It would all balance out I think. But again, It's up to them. I'd be down for comic pages to fill the gap between games a bit better. However, that would ultimately just take more time away from animating. Plus people are mostly here for animations not comics. But who knows?
