He's alive, but has yet to make an appearance in the games (outside of some off-camera dialogue).

i think most people would get bored if he ever appeared, let alone actually fucked Cassie Cannons. Even if it were a part of some "crazy gangbang" or whatever. To quite a few people on this site, it's "boring and less satisfying" to watch a woman have sex with their husband or boyfriend. If anything, they find more satisfaction in NTR and cucking and outright adultery.
