finding the proper sound effects for any situation is gonna be tricky. And getting the sound effects to properly synchronize with the animated scenes is even trickier (it would otherwise be like those anime scenes where characters often talk out of sync with the animation, which proved to even bigger of an issue for dubbed anime, especially older dubbed anime), because then you wouldn't want it to end too soon, and you would also need to make sure they would work depending on how long a person plays a game scene (some people like to move to the next action scene immediately, others like to take their time and savor the scenes).
Plus, most sound effects are usually specifically tailored for a specific game or show/movie, so making sure they match is also important.
The Game-makers would probably have an easier time integrating music than sound effects like moaning.
