Puffin just recently has been returned to Apple app store, so it is indeed, a working solution for Mac users.

Puffin works, but some of the games run a little choppy/the animations are somewhat pixellated.

Puffin is cloud browser, that means it show you not the actual content but rather video stream of it. The content actually processes on one of Puffin servers, so there are two possible reason for this pixellation: the bandwidth of the internet connection at certain moment on your side or the bandwidth load of Puffin server.
