Looking back at all Officer Juggs games, I am wondering, does her behavior matters, in terms of her use allowance, what I mean by that is we will always gonna see Juggs be tricked or forced into sex, rather than intentionally having it?
I once read that you don't allow her to be use in a sexual game, yet she's being use as a sex object, while characters like Diva Mizuki are belonging to one of those, who actually enjoy it or the Juggs clone Officer Culonez by Leonid480.
Basically I just wonder, if we ever get her to be the one to intentionally have sex with another man and not force and do you allow the "Recruitment idea" to be made?
