Premium unsubcribe

Hello. I'm new to the website and i would like to get a premium but i have 2 question before that :

1- Is it safe to pay (i pay by credit card, so i will use ccbillpay) ?
2- If i take a premium with an automatic renewal, how can i unsubscribe from it, so it doesn't take my money all the time ?

P.S. : I don't know if its important for this, but i'm european, paying with € (just in case there is a specificity for us).

Although I'm not an admin, for me there have been no problems with using ccbill. I do believe you have to talk with ccbill to cancel your subscription, however they have good customer service (in my experience). I've also paid in €.

No one here handles cancelling a subscription.
If you want to cancel it, you have to do it yourself. We all have to.

We are working for more than 10 years and I don't know anyone who asked to cancel it and didn't get the result within 24 hours. I check the emails at least once a day.

May be I missed this theme on forum, but you could use our email to inform us.
