I'm sorry to say, but even if he does, it's unlikely it'll ever get made. He's said many times that he has his own plans for Juggs, so I don't see him using someone else's concepts for one of his ideas. Now I may be wrong and he might take some inspiration from it, but even then he'd probably alter it to make it his own and so would be unrecognisable from this idea.
