Charged for nothing?

I received a message stating that a transaction has been made on my card US$14. I received no email about it and $14 ain't even enough for 1 month's membership. My membership status remains to be Non-Premium. I was told by the bank that I have been charged by Vendo, MNF Games. Can someone please tell me what happened?
