I'm no expert at this but did you allow your web browser to run Adobe Flash?

I also can play Flash files on other sites
Even I can enter mnfclub but still no luck playing Flash games here

Just as Kelumir suggested, try using Mozilla Firefox. Firefox is said to be one of the fastest web browsers. I'm using Firefox and the games work just fine.

The latest version of FireFox should work fine.
