This is what the dictionary says about incest:

And the start of the Wikipedia page says:

Notice how they say "sexual relations" and "sexual activity". Basically what this means is that ANY sexual act between two people who are related is incest. I mean, can you honestly tell me that you don't think a woman giving her son a blowjob isn't incestuous?
