I'm glad that you enjoyed the game.
Speaking about CCBill and human/non-human restrictions, let me try to explain you something. Things are not that simple as you think it is:
1) Those restriction rules are made not by CCBill, but by credit card associations (VISA, MC).
2) VISA or MC do not have any censorship departments, but billing organizations (CCBill and others) do have
3) Most of the time the censorship dept. does not give a flying fuck about anything that's going on here. But once in while they become active and start to enforce those stupid rules heavily!
4) This particular game doesn't not violate any rules cuz orc babe is a human bimbo bodypainted in green
and mermaid girl is not an actual mermaid but a cosplayer, it means she doesn't have any actual fish genitalia (Additional disclaimers can losen some restrictions)
5) I know that everything I just wrote sounds confusing and even stupid. But the bitter truth is that card associations try to protect themselves from all potential problems/lawsuits by adding some absurd terms in their policies. And CCBill and everyone else should try exist under those absurd rules.

So i guess incest games ideas are banned for ever.
These are good questions. I mean, isn't it as simple as having a disclaimer before the beginning of every game? For monster sex say they are in costumes, for incest say they are actors, for bestiality...say...uh...the animals are actors...in animal costumes?
But seriously! Can't we just use a disclaimer before every game and then slip through the loop hole?
