Could you allow a new payment method

I'm trying to get premium but can't but my debit card won't let me. So could you guys create a new solid payment method because I'm trying my best but it won't work. Also I don't want to sign up for a credit card.

In case you don't want to use your actual credit or debit card, you may create such thing as a virtual card (most bank or internet financial services provide this option for their clients). So you may put $14.95 to that virtual card then make a payment and be sure that you're safe.
But anyway our billing provider CCBill and Vendo are trust-worthy companies.
