Why not create a rating system for games

This is how you can actually tell what games people liked, and what's working. Every game there is a very small discussion on every game, and that doesn't really even tell you how popular the game is. There is section called best games, and I don't know where that conclusion ever came from, but I feel some of those games aren't very good. A rating system can tell the artist more than a few people praising something, or shitting all over something in the forums. Maybe if can even get us some better games as well on stuff we didn't realize we all liked a majority of. Even if older games don't have as much votes as newer ones, it definitely helps in a long run.

We had rating system many years ago and it wasn't really helpful or informative. All the games had pretty similar rating around 3.5/5. Maybe we'll return this option some day.

Yeah. Public forum is a much more valuable tool for us. We get a lot of fair opinions. We just need some time to sort out some livelihood things before starting to make better games.

I would really appreciate a rating system. Of course it will never be 100% accurate, but it can work as a starting point, and over time, I believe most of the time it does eventually lead to a good sorting system with majority rule. Majority is not always the best way to do things but I think overall it is the best voting system if convenience is factored in. But I agree, in that there should be an added system to track upvotes and downvotes.

I don't mind adding user ratings to games, but I think that doesn't quite reflect your opinion of games. Serega has already said about this that the average score will be 3.5-4.5. This forum is MUCH the best place to discuss each game, and I always look forward to your comments here. But in any case, if you need it, we will add a rating.
