It's a nice idea muqeetch, but sadly there are a few problems.

The biggest one if that Serrated (the guy who created Officer Juggs) doesn't let anyone use her for any sexual games. If you ask his permission, he might let you use her as a background character or for story purposes, but that's it. She can't be involved in any sex scenes. So sadly this idea will never get made, unless you replace Juggs with someone else.

The second problem is that there are to many sex scenes. There are submission rules that all idea have to follow, and one of them is that games can only have 4 sex scenes at most. So you'll need to remove 2 of them.

I will say that it does fit in with Serrated's theme for her. Which is a small, unattractive guy fucking a hot, super sexy woman who is well out of his league.

Not a bad idea but as Kel said serrated won't allow you to use him, however, I do have to pose a general question.

What kind of kinks would Juggs be used for next?

The idea I had was that maybe something very valuable had become lost in the sewers of MnF Metropolis, and it's so important that the mayor sends Juggs herself down to find it. Like, maybe the museum has been robbed and one of the thieves threw one of the priceless treasures they stole down there so he could come back for it later.

While she's down there, she gets a little lost and eventually encounters the sewer man. He'd speak pretty broken English, but she'd be able to tell him why she'd there and what she wants. Of course he knows where the thing she's looking for is, and will only tell/show her where in exchange for sex.

Yeah and maybe we could combine the ideas, like maybe there have been budget cuts on the local super max and officer juggs goes in to do a little check in only to have everything go to hell with a riot. All the prisoners look like garbage with awful living conditions turning them all into dirty savages, some look like gollum others look short and pudgy. I am sorry, but this is a really great idea and i wish for it to be made, especially, since we didn't see much for Juggs for couple of months or a year?
