Premium unsubcribe

Hello. I'm new to the website and i would like to get a premium but i have 2 question before that :
1- Is it safe to pay (i pay by credit card, so i will use ccbillpay) ?
2- If i take a premium with an automatic renewal, how can i unsubscribe from it, so it doesn't take my money all the time ?
P.S. : I don't know if its important for this, but i'm european, paying with € (just in case there is a specificity for us).

Although I'm not an admin, for me there have been no problems with using ccbill. I do believe you have to talk with ccbill to cancel your subscription, however they have good customer service (in my experience). I've also paid in €.

If I were you, I'd pay for one month only [The one that doesn't renew automatically]

I asked you guys to cancel my subscription earlier this month before the pay date. You didn’t. If I don’t get my money back i will be filing a dispute with my bank

No one here handles cancelling a subscription.
If you want to cancel it, you have to do it yourself. We all have to.

im having issues logging in im putting the right information in but it wont allow me to log in

We are working for more than 10 years and I don't know anyone who asked to cancel it and didn't get the result within 24 hours. I check the emails at least once a day.
May be I missed this theme on forum, but you could use our email to inform us.
