Payment precision

I'm from france and i would like to use the CCBill Direct pay option. In the form, i only got 24€ for a 31 days premium non-recurring.
That means that once i paid the 24€, i won't be taken money again after the 31 days, isn't it ? And if i want to use it again, i'll have to pay again, right ?
I'm asking stupid question, but i've been scammed before and i don't really want to get scammed once again.
I just want to be sure that, if i choose a non-reccurent payment, whether it is a direct pay or a credit card, it won't become a recurent one.
