Fantastic Voyage Parody?

So ever since "80 Lays" came out people have been asking me if I have any ideas for other classic stories, and I think I've got a good one.

How about a parody of the film Fantastic Voyage? (A group of scientists must shrink down to microscopic size and enter a leading figure's body to perform life saving surgery only to discover a double agent is trying to sabotage the mission.)

In the original film the protagonists were American and the antagonist Soviet, but I might swap that as a little wave to MnF's artists, with the scientists trying to save a sexy Russian diplomat and the CIA agent as the saboteur.

The gameplay would work much like in this classic flash:

The screen would be split in two with the crew and the game on the left side, and the diplomat acting out the porn on the right.

The crew is trying trying to remove a cancer from the diplomat's cervix, made difficult by the fact that said diplomat turns out to be a massive slut who starts fucking a male nurse right in the middle of the surgery. (Which is what's causing the screen to shake.)

Players have to click on the damaged cells to remove them to advance the game while avoiding clicking on the healthy ones which damages them again and sets the players back.

(Note that at the end of the game you get the option to rewatch the sex scenes on their own so players still get to watch them without being distracted by the gameplay.)

After each level we see a short scene of the the double agent hilariously failing to sabotage the mission, culminating in a finale where just when they look like they're about succeed, they're suddenly swept away by a tide of sperm cells as the dude on the outside finally cums inside the diplomat!

Heck, since it's cervical cancer awareness month, there could even be a link to donate to the international cancer research foundation.
Or would that be in poor taste? :|

As always, I'd love any feedback you have, especially in regards to whether this is something you'd vote for.
