A couple months ago, there was a discussion on the forum of which characters were our favorites, of course Officer Juggs was the runaway winner, but a surprising amount of people answered Mrs. Megamounds, who is one of my personal favorites, but is also a character who hasn't appeared in a game in four and a half years. A couple weeks later, when discussing submissions, Serrated mentioned that anybody was free to use the character. Being a big fan with a lot of ideas kicking around in my head, I put together a game proposal including Mrs. Megamounds, and now that we have a round with the original artist (Vadim) without a writing prompt I would like to submit it.
But first things first, I would like to get everyone's feedback, and most importantly, I would like to double check and make sure Serrated is one-hundred percent okay with the proposal. If not, or if I'm a dumbass (completely possible) and Serrated just meant Mrs. Megamounds could be used for the XXX-Files then I will be more than happy to submit something else.
