becoming premium

Hello , sorry to do a topic for this but i would like to pay and become premium but when i try it doesn't work , when i ask ccbill they say they send the verification but my bank doesn't send back and when i ask my bank they say they don't receive the verification so they cancel it automatically . my last premium was in december and last time i try to pay but doesn't work was in april. So i wanted to know if their is some people with the same problem i have or if you have a idea ? (And sorry for my bad english )
