Why isn't there any female characters that are short?

Before anyone ask me 'what the hell kind of question is that?!' Can someone answer me this question.
Feel free to answer my question since I've been noticing it throughout the games.
There have been some male characters that were called short and midgets, so why not a female character that's short and with whatever features you want to give her; huge tits, plumb ass and a lust like a tall woman?
