I have been trying for several weeks to cancel my premium membership without success. The payment sites are saying they cannot find my account, and the customer service has not been helpful at all. I have reached out to members of the team that have helped others with this issue through the forum before but I have heard nothing back. I would very much appreciate some help as I no longer wish to pay for the site.
