I love this character as well. As far as I can remember I added her into my XXX Files game only.

I still wish Officer juggs, Mizuki and Baka had a threesome but obviously you’re not allowed to make a sexual Officer Juggs game without permission

It's not like I am not allowed to use another guys characters, we don't have strict restrictions among three of us. It is more about gentleman's agreement.

it really seems like you do have such restrictions. Which is part of why you guys don't use characters made by the others outside of cameo purposes. OR maybe because you guys personally feel like you may not be able to do certain characters "proper justice".

What would be better? A dominant or submissive Mizuki?
I prefer Baka being dominant to Mizuki. There should be a game where they both together as a couple to a swingers party. It might have to be in multiple parts assuming there will be multiple couples there.
The couples should include:
>Mizuki and Baka
>Sherman and Kimberly
>Justin and Nancy
>Shea and her step son (if we could get permission)
>Miss clause and Sparky
>The Sanders family
