Game Idea: The Dealmaker

i've already suggested this in the past but never got a response, so i thought i would give it again:
This is a game idea that id preferably better suited for one of the major game-makers, like Kosmos or Serega or V@dim.
The idea is loosely inspired by the namesake character of the Lucifer TV show, where the Protagonist is either some sort of immortal sorcerer or interdimensional being or someone who simply has vast superpowers, along with having extravagant wealth and extensive connections.
He makes deals with others using either his power or wealth, in exchange for assured connections and support in his own "network", along with sexual favors (whether it's females performing sexual acts at his request, or guys having to let the Dealmaker have his way with any females associated with the other guys).
The Dealmaker will have used this to help many busty women accomplish any goals or dreams they have, along with helping any guys accomplish their own goals, in exchange for the women to be "magically bound" to fulfill any sexual desires the Dealmaker has at his discretion.
I'm hoping SOMEBODY will take up the game idea, possibly someone who can have access to all sort of busty females, including characters that may belong to other game-makers.
