not only is it not really popular, but there's a possibility there's a rule against it (alongside the "no non-human character usage for sex" and "no rape" and "no incest" rules). Or maybe the game-makers just prefer not to do it due to potentially interfering with the timeline and storylines of the games.
They've only featured or at least implied pregnancy in Amazon Island 2, and the implied pregnancy of the extreme ending of X-Mas Payrise 7, but otherwise kept pregnancies out of their games.
We are all aware of the fact that everyone has different interests and fetishes and we try to respect them even if some of us aren't personally into them.
But MnF does have to follow a few rules set forth by its CCBill billing services (which prohibits non-human sex unless said non-humans are identical to humans like elves or kryptonians, along with incest, rape, likely tentacles due to its ties to beastiality and rape, etc), and there are some things that largely aren't popular and are therefore seldom done (like Futa).
And when it comes to the former in particular, no amount of pestering will change their minds due to them being rules they HAVE to follow, and the latter may require a lot of support from fans who are interested.
In your case, even if pregnancy isn't against any rules that MnF has to follow, it may not be a popular fetish, so you'll have to verify with Vadim on whether or not it's actually allowed, and even if it is, you may need to amass support from other fans for the game-makers to consider it.

There’s not a scene like that in Diplomatic Immunity and the game’s pretty close to being done BUT there is a super dope racing mini-game that’s on par with something you’d see on a console (and great sex scenes, of course, everything animated by the one and only Vadim) and I can’t wait for everyone to play it!
