I wrote News Reporter 5 and the answer is honestly kind of complicated, but sometimes people enjoy the behind the scenes stuff so here goes:
You know how there's a progress bar for the games being made? When the progress bar for News Reporter 5 went up starring Nancy and people found out that game was being made, someone on the forums (it looks like the topic isn't on here anymore so the OP may have deleted it) posted an idea for a game starring Nancy's sister Natasha, and I don't remember the exact details but basically she goes to the jungle and gets held captive and impregnated. I read that idea and enjoyed it, and it gave me the idea to add that line about Nancy getting pregnant into News Reporter 5 when I was doing the final dialogue update. We couldn't add an actual pregnancy animation in because the entire game was already animated, and as you can see it's already a very long game. So I guess the answer is yes, she was originally intended to be impregnated in that scene.
My original idea was that both Boobitch sisters were going to be pregnant and Grandma Boobitch was going to have to deal with all of that, and end up as the wet-nurse or nanny to the babies. But obviously those ideas never got made and I never even ran the idea by Vadim (it quite possibly breaks a few rules, the original Natasha idea definitely did) and the reason those ideas never got made or even went beyond my imagination is because the Boobitch family reunion idea was made instead. In those games it's clear neither of the Boobitch sisters were pregnant. I personally loved the reunion games (especially the triple titfuck at the end, what a hot scene) so it doesn't bother me too much but yeah I guess that is kind of a loose end that never really got tied up
So I guess the real answer to your question is:
That was the original intention, but in official current MnF canon no, Stanky Boi did not get Nancy Boobitch pregnant.
