So, I’m not trying to make excuses or point any fingers, but my name is attached to this game and I eventually want to make part five with my original idea for part four at some point so I would like to clarify a few things:
I brought the character back after a five year hiatus and wrote parts 2 and 3 of “where’s the milk” with Serrated’s blessing, and they were really well liked and popular. I had a very clear idea for what I wanted to do with part four. And this was not it. That’s really no ones fault, the rules for that voting round were “use a vadim character” and, even though I posted in the forums asking people not to use Mrs Megamounds (I don’t care if you post ideas in the forum, at all, just please don’t submit them for voting) someone did. That’s okay, not everyone reads the forums. I wasn’t surprised when the idea won because Mrs. Megamounds is a popular character, and it was a good idea. Hell, if it was a doujin or something on literotica I would have definitely looked it up. But unfortunately, it violated a couple of very major ccbill rules. There was a big controversy on the forums a few months ago about the whole thing, and I tried to steer clear of it because it wasn’t my story and I could kind of tell things were going sideways. I tried to offer input (for example there are workarounds for the non-human rule, like how I made the abominable snowman a guy in a robot suit, etc) because I didn’t want the game to be terrible, but my suggestions were kind of ignored, which didn’t bother me, because, again, it wasn’t my story.
I watched the completion percentage gradually rise and then just stop. This was months into the games production so I had a feeling something was wrong. Then Vadim made a forum post asking for help. That’s my character and I really didn’t want the game to suck so I volunteered. Basically, by the time I came onboard, the animations (including the mini game) were completely done, the story had been written and rewritten three or four times by both vadim and the original author, and no one was happy with it. I don’t know for sure but I think there was a complete communication breakdown between author and artist at some point, which unfortunately does happen sometimes.
I rewrote the entire story to fit what was already animated and still work around the ccbill rules. Every word that appears onscreen in the game was written by me. Originally the dudes were goblins and Mrs. Megamounds got knocked out with a tree branch before they attack her. That was changed to monks getting Mrs Megamounds drunk on berries by the original author. The getting drunk on berries needed to be changed, and I was the one who changed that to mrs Megamounds getting tricked into thinking she was poisoned, and added the part about her needing to be cured by their jizz so it would be less rapey. Again, this was not my original idea, but I tried to do the best with what I had to work with. I’m actually pretty proud with the way it turned out, it fit the tone of 1, 2, and 3 while still fitting a game that had literally already been made. If you don’t like the story or dialogues, I’m sorry, but put that blame on me not the original author or Vadim. And I tried to add a third sex scene, and a proper ending, but with everything going wrong in production before I got involved there just wasn’t time to put them in before the deadline was up. I might have got a little too ambitious with them, too, so put some of that blame on me.
If you took the time to read this, thanks. A lot of times people aren’t aware of what’s going on behind the scenes. And if you all still want a part 5 I promise with extra time I can hit a home run, you’ve all seen me do it before.
