That was their same reasoning with Big Top Bangaroo. They figured that as long as the woman didn't have actual sex with the animals (just bjs, titfucks, handjobs, etc.), then thay'd be fine. But nope. It still counted as bestiality and so the game had to be taken down. And I'd say the same logic applies here.

Bestiality is to have sex with animal (counting every sexual act) but incest is penetration only. I think.

This is what the dictionary says about incest:

And the start of the Wikipedia page says:

Incest is sexual activity between family members or close relatives. Notice how they say "sexual relations" and "sexual activity". Basically what this means is that ANY sexual act between two people who are related is incest. I mean, can you honestly tell me that you don't think a woman giving her son a blowjob isn't incestuous?

For this problem you could enter the possibility to write each character's role in the game . In this way you could bypass this rule. I have seen do this in different games . Sorry for my bad english but It isn't my mother language
