Your idea literally just won, so you can't submit anything for yourself right now. You have to wait till it either gets released or 3 months have passed since it won (whichever comes first).
Plus you know what you need to do for a submission, so why is the thing you posted only one line?
Heck, there are a couple of guys here asking people to submit their ideas for them. Why don't you pick one of them and do it? Just make sure to post as "Anonymous" and to it has "Author: Their-Name-Here" at the end of the script.
