Great effort put into the script! However, it's unlikely that this game will be made since 1. Juggs is a character that only Serega and Serrated write for and 2. the general premise isn't in line with the Juggs character.
Juggs is someone who often gets screwed over into being fucked (ie she has to do it or the investigation goes awry) so it's unlikely she randomly goes to fuck a football player if it doesn't serve some purpose for the police. A suggestion for a rewrite for fun (since it's unlikely the game gets picked up) if you still want to use the football player character;
The MnF city police department takes part in the kickoff game for the football season as a means to raise funds for the homeless, but, the star player (I forgot his name) is nowhere to be seen. Suspecting a kidnapping due to his gambling debts, Juggs is tasked by the Mayor with finding out what happened and goes to his home to investigate only to find the football player in a depressed state. Due to his finances being in ruin, the player cannot keep his mind on the game. With the police charity at stake and the Mayor's pressure on her, she decides to motivate him by insulting and yelling at him. When that doesn't work, she puts on a cheerleading outfit and goes with the more obvious route.
^It's a rough idea I came up with in a few minutes and tbh I think it still doesn't fit Juggs but it's more inline with what I see Juggs doing!
Another note is that I wouldn't go into a Juggs game with the intention of her fawning over a BBC, Juggs seems to be a character that doesn't enjoy sex regardless if they are white, black, well endowed or not, humanoid, robot, ghost, etc and will only do so once she is being fucked.
