Flash on chrome

Hello I am a new member and my device is a Chromebook, I was wondering if there is anyway to run the older flash games on this device? I have tried adding extensions to run ruffle but they do not seem to be working.

I guess you will need to get Parallel Desktop app and just run windows app there, particularly X-Opera. However it costs some big bucks.
