Really? In my mind it breaks the flow of the game having to click through too much text. Personally, I prefer "not very long" sentences as talking during sex scenes (especially from female characters enjoying them) and without the need of clicking some "NEXT" button at bottom angles of speech ballo...

Personally i think that games that had more dialouges during the sex is hotter and gives the characters their style and background.
